Shirt

These are some typical "poet shirt" patterns—men's sizes.

Butterick 5008: View A, with slit neckline. Suggested changes would be rounding collar corners and removing lacings on neckline and cuffs, replacing with hooks-and-eyes and buttons, respectively.

Simplicity 4923: Men's pirate costume View E shirt. Much like the shirt above, it seems. There's also a boy's pattern of the same pirates spin-off: Simplicity 3644.
