Mr. Tumnus

“From the waist upwards he was like a man, but his legs were shaped like a goat’s... He had a red wollen muffler round his neck and his skin was rather reddish too. He had a strange, but pleasant little face with a short pointed beard and curly hair, and out of the hair there stuck two horns, one on each side of his forehead.”

Velvet Coronation Scarf

Forest green velvet; lined in a pale cream silk, with seven gold yarn tassels at each end. On the velvet side, also at each end, is a gold emblem design, either embroidered or in gold leaf.

The scarf crosses over itself on his right shoulder, gathered and stitched to itself.

We can see the whip-stitching at the edge of the scarf in the last image.
